Kevin Salisbury is an Oregon native, entrepreneur, and operational leader who has spent over a decade building companies, leading teams, and running complex operations across multiple industries. As a former business owner and high-volume real estate advisor, he has operated at the intersection of revenue, people, and execution. He approaches every role from a position of full accountability, and to a standard set early by his father, a finish carpenter who believed the details nobody else noticed were exactly the ones worth getting right. It is a conviction that has shaped every chapter of Kevin’s career.
Kevin’s connection to intentional living and midcentury modern architecture is personal. He grew up visiting his grandmother’s Eichler home in California, developing an early understanding of what made that style of architecture so distinct. That appreciation took on new meaning when his father was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2014. Watching him respond with discipline and intention, rebuilding his diet, his movement, and his environment, and live nearly five more years beyond his prognosis, taught Kevin something he has never forgotten. Our environment can shape our health and how we live.
At Rummer Development, Kevin serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing the operational infrastructure, systems, and leadership discipline the company needs to execute at the highest level. He was drawn to Rummer not by opportunity alone, but by alignment. The mission of building homes designed to support longevity, wellness, and intentional living is one Kevin understands at a level that goes beyond professional experience. It is informed by the way he was raised, the losses he has carried, and a belief held long before this role that the homes people live in should actively support the lives they want to live.
