Aubrey is an established entrepreneur and sustainability leader with experience in building, design, and technology. Her designs have been featured in publications across the country and her sustainability work recognized globally. Aubrey is a former professional golfer holds an MBA in Sustainable Management.
Bob Rummer and his business partner, Terry Gilson have entrusted Aubrey to launch Rummer Development and brings Bob's dream of building again, to life.
Gabrielle is a native to the Pacific NW and top real estate broker, with a strong understanding of the mid-century modern market. She is an award-winning global brand marketing executive, and celebrated journalist. Gabrielle leads marketing, communications, and sales for Rummer Development.

Bob serves as an advisor to our building approach and collaborates with our team to make sure we are keeping the mid-century modern principles in tact. Bob enjoys looking for land to build, reviewing floorplans, and connecting with the "fun" Rummer owners who reside in his original builds throughout Oregon.

Jason Karam is a licensed architect with an established portfolio of diverse projects throughout the US. His process focuses on understanding client’s most important metrics and providing transparency throughout the design process. Jason holds a Masters in Real Estate Development.
