How it works
A fully refundable $2,500 reservation deposit holds your place. Nothing more is required until a site is secured and contracts are ready to sign. You can cancel at any time before that point and your deposit is returned in full.

Why now
No new authentic Rummer community has been built since 1975. The people who have lived in original Rummer homes have stayed in them for decades. Ralph and Alice have been in theirs for 42 years.
The first new community will not stay available long. The Founders Circle exists so that the people who have been waiting the longest get first access.
