We aren't quite ready to share details, but to start, we will be in a 30 mile radius of Portland. Sign up to receive details and we'll share to our newsletter subscribers when ready. We are so excited about all the interest we are getting! Thank you!
Our goal is to build Rummer-designed homes that accommodate modern needs. Expect larger bedrooms, closets and square footage, without compromising the magic of what makes a Rummer so special.
We have a range of floor plans based on Bob's originals that we are evolving, and aim to deliver an automotive-like upgrade experience focused on finishes, technology and sustainability. All designs and finishes will be made with an eye toward the future - we will be looking ahead of regulatory build demands and codes.
If you have land you want to build a Rummer on, we would love to explore that with you! In order to preserve the integrity of the designs we've partnered with Bob Rummer to create, modifications of those designs won't be available. If they get changed, they won't be true Rummers.
Good question. Short answer - a LOT. Our Head of Construction, Chad Pierson, has been working with Bob for more than a decade, and has helped original Rummer owners bring their homes into today's modern lifestyles. Bob says that Chad is the next version of him - and the two have sat together at the drafting table, and the Thanksgiving table. CEO Aubrey McCormick has built and renovated dozens of mid century modern homes and is a professional interior designer who has Rummer owners for clientele, and CMO Gabrielle Enfield is a mid century modern-focused Oregon Real Estate Broker.

GOT LAND?
We want to hear from you. We're ready to build, and our first wave will be for people who own the right type of land to support our vision, and our specific build requirements.
