Our homes range from 1800 to 3600 SF, with options for additional detached studios and ADU's.   

There are a number of variables that determine the cost of our builds, including site prep/selection, square footage,  location, and more. Our team will work with you to determine cost to build. 

We have optional upgrades for  material finishes, sustainability, and technology.

If you own land, or need help finding land to build your Rummer home- our team can support you throughout the process. We are an all-inclusive development company, offering site selection services and design/build of one of our thoughtfully designed homes. In order to maintain authenticity, we will offer a range of material finishes and building details that align with the Rummer brand. 

Our team has a combined 35 years within building, design, sustainability, and architecture. 

Our CEO, Aubrey McCormick has designed and renovated dozens of homes, currently restoring existing Rummer homes for clients. 

Our Head of Construction, Chad Pierson has worked with Bob Rummer for over 15 years, built custom homes, and renovated hundreds of homes, including existing Rummers. He is carrying the intellectual knowledge from Bob into our builds. 

Our CMO, Gabrielle Enfield, is a top Oregon real estate broker and has represented mid century modern clients and buyers, including Rummers.
